To ensure your preferred times, we recomend you make reservations in advance. If you cancel your appointments with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the treatment(s) reserved under your credit card of gift card. Current information and authorized credit card or earthsavers gift card are required to secure bookings. for leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. if you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.

  • it is customary to provide your service provider with a 15-20% gratuity if you were happy with the services provided.
  • to ensure a serene environment in our spa, please turn off your cell phone upon arrival.
  • no children allowed under the age of 12 without prior approval.
  • Our gift cards are regarded as cash, and therefore cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • All gift cards expire five years from the date of original purchase.
  • Gift cards must be presented at an Earthsavers store by the service recipient as payment for the service.
  • When purchasing a mailed gift card, you will receive a beautiful Earthsavers gift card in our signature packaging with a full menu of services.
  • When purchasing an e-gift card you may choose to email the gift card to your own email address or the recipient’s email address.

When booking massage appointments please inform us if you are pregnant.

if you are currently using retinoids(retin-A, retinol or tazerac) or alpha hydroxies, you must discontinue use one week prior to waxing. it is extremely unsafe to wax anyone using accutane. you must be off accutane for 6 months before booking a waxing appointment. please let you esthetician know if you are currently using any topical medications.

when booking a facial please inform us if you are currently on accutane or using retinoids(retin-A, retinol or tazerac).
we only perform manicures on natural nails. we do not apply, maintain or remove acrylic nails. if you would like us to remove gel polish, please let us know when booking your appointment. There is an additional charge for this service.

Nail Dysfunction

As part of our commitment to the safety of all clients, if you have a nail dysfunction of any type, we ask that you purchase or bring your own polishes.

Shipping

All in-stock items are shipped within 1 to 2 days on orders placed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Earthsavers would like you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason, your expectations are not met, simply return your purchase and we will gladly replace it or refund your money within 30 days of purchase.

Please include a copy of your packing slip with all returns.
